The MINI 3 front light redefines bicycle lighting; with a perfect transition between daytime running mode and low beam. Depending on the ambient light conditions, the light sensor which is integrated into the lens switches fully automatically between the two modes; without you having to take your hands off the handlebars. The distinctive and highly visible daytime running mode serves as an optimal companion during bright daylight hours and provides you with additional protection on your journeys. The very compact size of the MINI 3 headlight integrates perfectly into any E-Bike cockpit. Additionally, the high quality aluminum housing ensures superior cooling and long lifespan

TERRAFLUX 5 LENS

The Terraflux 5 technology provides strong yet eye friendly lighting. The wide beam of light offers excellent illumination both in the near field as well as to the side and towards the horizon. An increased beam angle enables the light to better capture the outer edges of the illuminated area, thus making it even brighter when entering curves. Thanks to the smooth transitions, the light is distributed very homogeneously and is comfortable for the eyes. The performance improvements in all areas compared to previous Terraflux models are achieved through the use of 200 high precision micro optics. These are part of a main lens, which is integrated with additional lenses in a multi stage optical system. This is what enables the light from the LED emitters be optimally distributed to the desired areas of use

Aluminium Housing

Supernova uses aerospace aluminum for their housings because it is not only super strong but it also has the best heat conduction properties. The better the cooling the brighter the LED. In addition the housings are anodized, salt water resistant and defy the most adverse conditions. LED Cooling

High performance with the best possible efficiency is our credo. Only by a complex cooling of the high-performance LEDs are the enormous brightness values ​​of our headlamp systems can be achieved. Because: the better an LED is cooled, the brighter it lights up. The life is greatly extended by good cooling. The most important prerequisites for an ideal heat levy include a careful choice of material and a sophisticated construction. For example, the completely uninterruptible heat dissipation can only be obtained by a housing seamlessly made of a single piece aluminum. In extreme situations, integrated heat sensor always keeps the headlight in the optimum temperature range. Through computing intensive computer simulations, our engineers already find the most appropriate way to derive the heat from the LEDs in advance.
