Universal replacement pads for all V type systems incorporating a special compound for E-Bikes. Designed to slip into the pad holder easily and quickly. These pads have multiple water displacement grooves and the patented Kool-Stop plow tip.  These are heavier with 1.5mm more material than the original

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the keeper pin from the holder
2. Slide out the old pad from the holder
3. Insert the replacement pad so that the notch lines up with the keeper pin holes in the pad holder.
4. Replace the keeper pin
5. Break In Pads.  Full stopping power may not develop until after several braking applications have conditioned the rim surface.  Proper "toe in" alignment prevents brake chatter
6. Check the pad and rim alignment after the pads are broken in and after every ride
7. Important: Do not ride the bike until the brakes are checked and functioning properly.  Designed for bicycle use only.  All Kool-Stop Pads meet or exceed C.P.S.C and D.I.N bicycle standards
